At Westshore Behavior Solutions, we use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children build meaningful skills and create environments that support learning.

Through individualized, practical strategies, we partner with families and educators to strengthen communication, independence, participation, and everyday learning.

MEET ANEESA

Hi, I’m Aneesa. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and I started Westshore Behavior Solutions to support children, families, and educators through collaborative, practical, and individualized solutions.

My Philosophy

I believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported for who they are.

When a child is having a difficult time, it's easy to focus on what we can see—the behavior, the frustration, or the struggle. But I've always believed there's more to the story. Every child brings their own strengths, experiences, and ways of learning and communicating. Taking the time to get to know the person behind the behavior is where meaningful change begins.

One of the things I love most about the science of behavior is that it encourages us to look at the bigger picture. Sometimes, the most helpful place to start isn't by asking a child to do something differently, but by asking what we can do differently to make learning and everyday life a little easier.

Whether I'm working alongside a family, a preschool teacher, or a school team, my approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and genuine care. I want the people I work with to feel listened to, involved, and confident in the steps we're taking together.

Because to me, meaningful progress isn't just about changing behavior. It's about creating opportunities for children to learn, participate, build independence, and experience success in ways that matter to them and the people who care for them.
